How can i disable vSync on GTX570 ?

I wanna what's the max fps I can get on battle field 3 and MW3 with maxed settings. Also what 3D mark 11 thing should I use.|||There is no need to go beyond 125 FPS in games. Anything over 125 is overkill, but if you google for BF 3, and MW 3 forums, in those forums they have instructions on how to change your FPS settings.

In those settings you can have the FPS displayed, and max them out, so you can see what your FPS is.
